Description:

Project Manager - Product Marketing

This role provides project management and enablement support for client Product and Marketing teams, owning execution of product launches and sales materials from planning through rollout. Colleague coordinates timelines, stakeholders, content, translations, and digital handoffs to ensure sales and service teams have high-quality enablement materials.


Duties
Provide project management support to Product Marketing for all product launches, refreshes, and discontinuations
Own end-to-end enablement project plans, clearly outlining all sales materials and assets requiring updates or creation
Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of sales enablement materials
Update and create enablement artifacts as needed, primarily in PowerPoint, and convert final versions to PDF
Manage version control and ensure accuracy and consistency across all materials
Coordinate translation workflows for global materials, including handoffs, reviews, and final delivery
Upload, organize, and tag content in Highspot to ensure materials are easy for sellers to find and use
Partner with Digital teams to confirm updated materials are correctly reflected in live links and downstream channels
Act as the operational hub between Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Digital, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
Use approved AI tools to improve productivity and quality

Experience
6–9 years of experience in project management, product marketing operations, or sales enablement, with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional launches

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Total Experience Required: 6–9 years
Project management experience is mandatory
PMP certification is NOT required

1. End-to-End Enablement Project Management
Proven ownership of complex, cross-functional enablement or launch initiatives
Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and multiple stakeholders from planning through rollout

2. Sales Enablement Content & Systems Expertise
Hands-on experience creating and updating PowerPoint enablement materials
Strong working knowledge of Highspot, including:
- Uploading and tagging content
- Version control
- Seller usability and governance

3. Global & Cross-Functional Coordination
Experience supporting global launches, including translation workflows
Ability to operate as the central operational hub between:
- Product Marketing
- Sales Enablement
- Digital teams
- External vendors

- Work Location: Fully remote; Preference for candidates in the EST time zone

- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Work Environment Requirement: Must have a private, quiet workspace
