Proposal Analyst

Gathers information from bids, Capture, and Proposal Manages regarding the status of proposals and task orders, both in work and in pursuit
Use the information gathered to create and update documentation (tables, charts, timelines) that illustrate the current status of each proposal and task order
Accurately interprets and applies rules and regulations
Coordinates the preparation of cost and/or pricing spreadsheets and data
Conducts and participates in proposal reviews with management
Submits compiled information to the management daily, more often if required
Seek out, prepare and submit proposals, reports, and tender packages for sales opportunities of all sizes.
Be the point person for RFPs, RFIs, bids and business proposals
Coordinate and lead groups of consultants and subject matter experts to compete for large bid opportunities.
Maintain a knowledge base of re-usable proposal content, including project references, delivery methodologies, and corporate information.
Support the development of contractual documentation, such as statements of work and transaction agreements, to facilitate successful bids.
Set up, monitor and help coordinate sales pipeline and opportunities
Maintain information accuracy and support sales reporting and analytics.

Required Skills:
Experience with sales operations, project administration and RFP/RFI/bid/proposal.
Experience in professional and/or IT services would be preferred.
Proficient in the MS Office package and ChatGPT/Gemini
Customer-service orientated and able to work well with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Outstanding oral and written English communication skills, and able to communicate professionally and succinctly via email or on the phone.
Highly organized, able to prioritize, take initiative and work with minimal guidance.
Able to prioritize effectively and shift focus quickly when needed.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
