Description: Responsibilities:Assist Quality Assurance (QA) personnel with GIS and administrative tasks of the Quality Assurance program for the Mapping & Records department.Post simple GIS sessions, run GIS reports, assist with GIS resets, complete Quality Assurance work order packet reviews and close out, create IT Incident tickets, and support administrative Quality Assurance tasks.Assist Quality Assurance (QA) staff with administrative tasks of the QA program for the Mapping & Records Department.Update Access database with required data.Process work order packets: receipt, assign, update logs, organize and maintain files in department, pull work order packets and send completed packets to archive.Assist with creating IT incident tickets as needed.Preferred skills: Database entry, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills. Qualifications:Preferred Skills: GIS experience, ArcPro Experience, detail oriented, interpersonal/communication skills, organization skills, computer skills, able to work independently.
