As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in verifying product conformity, supporting process compliance, conducting quality audits, and collecting quality data to drive improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure products meet specifications, customer requirements, and client quality standards.You will be responsible for inspecting products, documenting results, identifying nonconformances, supporting corrective actions, and providing quality trend information to leadership to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.Responsibilities, Authorities and AccountabilitiesPerform incoming, in-process, and final inspections in accordance with drawings, specifications, procedures, and customer requirements.Verify product characteristics using measurement and inspection equipment.Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records.Identify, document, and communicate nonconformances in a timely manner.Support containment, root cause investigations, and corrective action activities.Conduct audits of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and quality system requirements to ensure compliance.Participate in internal audits, process verification activities, and customer inspection events.Review quality documentation for completeness and accuracy.Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and inspection data.Prepare and communicate quality trends, recurring issues, and performance results to supervisors and leadership teams.Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and defect reduction.Ensure inspection and measurement equipment is properly used and maintained.Promote a culture of quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve product reliability.Essential Requirements of the Role1+ years manufacturing, quality inspection, or production experience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, procedures, and work instructions.Basic computer skills and experience documenting inspection results.
