As an Outbound Call Representative, you will be responsible for:Support product recalls by:o Contacting customer through multiple means of communication, including a minimum of 10 calls per hour, using an online phone systemo Ensuring 100% customer responseo Monitoring and maintaining effective documentation of recall receiptsCollecting and documenting customer emails for future contactFollowing good documentation practices to record all interactions with customersBeing a team player within a support team and sharing your knowledge and experience with your other team membersGenesys phone systemHave prior customer service experienceRequired skills to have for the success of this roleA positive, professionally, and high energy approach to customer interactionsThe ability to track customer responses and organize to meet pre-determined targetsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office, and WordThe ability to follow processes and written phone scriptsNo travel is requiredNotes:8 hour shifts, can start as early as 8am and end as late as 7pmVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
