Description:JOB DUTIES & REQUIRED SKILLS:1. Capable of setting up benchtop, pilot plant experiments2. Capable of managing product inventories, product entries, purchase orders3. Support in pilot plant trials, product packing, shipping, labelling etc.4. Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs5. Capable of working in the lab under GLP/GMP practices6. Accurate data entry, documentation, following the procedures is a must7. Capable of interacting with other employees to independently identify and organize resources for conduct of experiments8. Available for travelling to manufacturing sites to support trials when required.9. Capable of engaging with suppliers in discussions associated with ingredient purchasing, and follow ups.REQUIRED SKILLS:1. Science degree. Experience in conducting experiments in science.2. Excel/Word/MS Outlook - Microsoft product proficient3. Good communication skills – oral and written (e.g. communication on telephone and internal to the client)4. Good organizational skills5. Attention to detail6. Works well in a team setting, working with QA/R&D work team on other aspects of project7. Self-motivated and with initiative8.
