• The role is full cycle role on our customer service team of 8 recruiters for high volume class recruitment. • High school diploma required 4 yr degree preferred• At least 2 yrs full cycle recruitment experience• Full cycle recruitment experience required• The ATS preference is workday but not required• Recruits, interviews and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. • Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs. • Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates. • Extends offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation. • Stays informed of developments in wages and salaries, employee benefits and general human resource policies.Note:It's a hybrid opportunity - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.Candidates need to reside in TN or TXVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
