Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for assigned open positions through résumé review and proactive outreach, including sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and other tools. Conducts initial candidate screenings, submits qualified candidates to hiring managers, and initiates the interview process with the business. Manages multiple requisitions simultaneously while providing professional, consultative support to hiring managers.
