Job Description

As a Recruiter, your daily activities will include but may not be limited to the following:

Sourcing candidates by utilizing our internal database, referrals, job boards, job postings, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
Connecting with candidates, presenting job opportunities, and screening them to ensure their qualifications meet the job requirements of our clients
Closing candidates for submission to client needs
Negotiating compensation requirements with candidates
Maintaining strong relationships with our consultants by providing excellent client service
Building and managing a strong pipeline of candidates in anticipation of the upcoming hiring needs of our clients
Participating in internal and client meetings to discuss recruiting progress, new job requirements, and reallocating when necessary based upon the changing needs of our clients
Adhering to operational procedures and ensuring data accuracy within our systems to track activity and progress through the stages within our staffing workflow
Implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies and solutions
Analyzing job requirements and procedures to automate processing and improve Human Resource Management Systems; render reports and update internal records and systems


Required Skills and Experience:
0-2 years of experience
Any experience in recruiting/HR is a plus
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written & face to face)
Ability to build strong rapport
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
