As a Recruiter, your daily activities will include but may not be limited to the following:Sourcing candidates by utilizing our internal database, referrals, job boards, job postings, LinkedIn, and other social media platformsConnecting with candidates, presenting job opportunities, and screening them to ensure their qualifications meet the job requirements of our clientsClosing candidates for submission to client needsNegotiating compensation requirements with candidatesMaintaining strong relationships with our consultants by providing excellent client serviceBuilding and managing a strong pipeline of candidates in anticipation of the upcoming hiring needs of our clientsParticipating in internal and client meetings to discuss recruiting progress, new job requirements, and reallocating when necessary based upon the changing needs of our clientsAdhering to operational procedures and ensuring data accuracy within our systems to track activity and progress through the stages within our staffing workflowImplementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies and solutionsAnalyzing job requirements and procedures to automate processing and improve Human Resource Management Systems; render reports and update internal records and systemsRequired Skills and Experience:0-2 years of experienceAny experience in recruiting/HR is a plusAbility to work individually and as part of a teamAbility to communicate effectively (verbal, written & face to face)Ability to build strong rapportAbility to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
