The Analyst is responsible for the execution, validation, quality assurance, and delivery of regulatory and client reporting. This role supports day-to-day Regulatory Reporting operations by ensuring report deliveries are accurate, timely, and compliant with established requirements. The Analyst serves as the primary owner of recurring report production activities and maintains reporting schedules, validation guides, and operational documentation while supporting issue investigation, audit requests, and reporting quality initiatives.Responsibilities:Run and provide requested reports on or before the due date, utilizing appropriate reporting tools such as BusinessObjects, QlikView.Perform the appropriate level of review and Quality Assurance on each report.Deliver report via secure email or sftp to final recipient.Update the ad-hoc tracker or the production master schedule of reports indicating when the report was run, reviewed and delivered.Draft, revise, and format work instructions using standardized templatesEnsure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standardsRequired Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, manipulating large volumes of data, creating and troubleshooting formulas.Strong communication skills; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers and management.Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, teamwork, and organization skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Proven track record of managing tasks, deadlines, and priorities independentlyAbility to adapt to changing circumstances and proactively seek solutionsPreferred Qualifications:SAP BI/BusinessObjects exposure or equivalent reporting softwareCMS and/or Regulatory Reporting experience preferredSpecific Skills Needed:Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirementsProficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and large-volume data analysisStrong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualificationsExperience supporting regulatory or compliance reporting activities.SAP Business Objects or equivalent reporting tool experience.Experience with quality assurance, report validation, and audit support.Required levels/ Years of Experience education – discuss whether there is flexibility Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.Notes:Hybrid - As neededWork hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PMThis is a contract role with the possibility of conversion to full-time based on business needs and performance
