Position Summary
The Repair Coordinator is responsible for billing, packaging, and shipping customer owned two way radio communication devices within a depot environment. This role requires a highly organized, detail oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting service level expectations.
The ideal candidate is self motivated, goal oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service aligned with ISO9001 standards and organizational objectives. Strong collaboration across client teams, service arms, and customer interactions is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Bill, package, and ship communication devices for repair services
Process customer equipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with service level requirements
Collaborate with client teams, service groups, and customers professionally
Communicate status updates, issues, and resolutions clearly
Prioritize tasks effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment
Support customer satisfaction through timely processing and quality execution
Adapt to workload changes and support overtime needs when required

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Comfortable working in fast paced, time sensitive environments
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
