Travel Retail Support Associate:We are seeking for a junior candidate, who can assist up primarily with the following responsibilities:Training in-store staff on client product and brand knowledge (LATAM & NA)Supporting the marketing manager with the in-store visual refresh process in the Americas (LATAM & NA)KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTrainingDeliver engaging in-store training sessions on brand values, products, and key selling pointsAdapt training content to different store teams depending on the needs.Maintain strong relationships with store teams and store managementMarketing SupportSupport in-store visual refreshes according to brand and campaign guidelinesCoordinate with store teams to ensure smooth and timely executionmake sure all stores have the most updated brand visuals and keep our database updatedREQUIREMENTSExcellent verbal and written communication skills.English and Spanish is essential (Portuguese is a plus).Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.Capacity to quickly learn and confidently present brand and product information.Basic understanding of marketing, branding, or visual merchandising principles.Good time management skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelinesEDUCATIONHigh School Diploma or GEDSince the candidate will be interfacing with customers and agencies outside our organization, we would prefer candidates with intermediate experience. While specific Travel Retail knowledge is not required, familiarity with the category would be a great, as the individual will be responsible for conducting brand and category training.Notes:Onsite
