Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR is preferredHuman Resources/Benefits experience is strongly preferred with focus on retirement plan administrationExperience with benefit administration systemsKnowledge of HIPAA privacy rules and regulationsProficient Microsoft Excel skills to include:VLookups, XLookups, Pivot Tables, etcUnderstanding and knowledge of benefit plan design, administration, compliance, reporting, and communication requirements Ability to organize, set priorities, work independently, and complete multiple projects within established deadlinesStrong written and oral communication skillsStrategic and creative thinker focused on process improvement and harmonizationConfidentiality in handling sensitive financial informationMust be a team player - setting a professional tone and establishing cooperative partnerships within the Human Resources team and all internal and external stakeholdersStrong time management and attention to detailDiscretion and confidentialityCoordinate and triage general inquiries to retirement team mailboxResponding to retiree and employee HR Hub service requestsManage internal ServiceNow Accommodation requestsReview and verify retiree life benefits and amountsManage and coordinate Medicare Part B reimbursement tracker with benefits administratorWork with third party vendors, including but not limited to HRA service and benefits case managementCreate and coordinate vendor invoicing with internal HR billing teamVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
