Safety Administrator

Position Summary:

The Safety Administrator is responsible for assisting with all aspects of safety compliance, including managing expired documents and training. This role is essential to maintaining and enhancing the safety culture within the factory and ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Safety Compliance: Assist with all aspects of safety compliance, including managing expired documents and training.
Record Maintenance: Maintain paper and electronic records in an organized manner.
Training Coordination: Set up and schedule factory trainings as needed to ensure all staff are up-to-date with their safety training.
Policy Development: Collaborate in developing safety policies and procedures.
Safety Culture: Help implement and promote a safety-focused culture throughout the factory.
Documentation Review: Review and maintain current and new safety documentation as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Excellent communication skills for training and policy development.

Reports To:
This position reports to the HSE Manager and is a key contributor to the overall success of the HSE team.

Work Environment:
On-site at the Crystal Spring location.
Interaction with various departments to ensure safety standards are met.
