Description:DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:Server Development Kit Sales Analyst responsible for pre-production sales channels encompassing client products (silicon, server reference boards, and test equipment).RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as primary point of contact to customers for pre-production sales process; leverage knowledge of client products to make appropriate recommendations as requiredWork with engineering, product marketing, finance, legal, and logistics teams in a highly collaborative environmentTrack end-to-end sales; produce system quotes, process customer purchase orders in procurement software system; coordinate product shipments and invoice customersMeticulously track customer orders to ensure demand an accurate demand forecast is maintained throughout the program lifecycleEnable customer ecosystem development programs through on-time and complete product deliveriesREQUIREMENTS:Excellent communication skills, both written and oralHigh attention to detail and good follow-through in a fast-paced environmentGather a solid understanding of the server ecosystem to best enable external customers with tools, reference servers, and pre-production siliconAbility to function independently with little direct supervisionEDUCATION:3+ years' experience in high-tech industry (computing or semiconductor industry preferred)Proven knowledge in semiconductor market verticalsRelevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceSkilled in MS Office tool suites, Salesforce, Confluence, and MS SharepointAriba/SAP and Oracle Agile PLM software experience a plusVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
