About the Role

• We are seeking an ambitious and resourceful Sales Executive to join our team in the staffing industry. This role is ideal for candidates who are highly motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to make a significant impact. You will focus on identifying and securing business opportunities with clients operating in direct hire, MSP models, or the private/public sector. This position rewards results with a competitive performance-based commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

• Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients in direct/MSP models and private/public sector organizations.
• Build a sales pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging market insights.
• Develop and present tailored staffing solutions that address client-specific challenges.

Client Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers such as HR leaders and procurement managers.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and driving repeat business.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.

Market Research and Strategy:

• Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
• Strategize ways to penetrate new markets and adapt to changing client demands.

Sales Execution:

• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics by closing deals and driving revenue growth.
• Negotiate contracts while maintaining profitability and compliance with company policies.
• Track sales activities accurately within the CRM system and provide regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 3–5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Knowledge:

• Familiarity with staffing services, including contract, permanent, and temp-to-hire solutions.
• Understanding of MSP/VMS operations is a plus but not mandatory.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
