Job DescriptionSummaryAs the Sales Support Specialist for our Patient Care Solutions product line, you will drive daily field sales operations efficiency and accuracy by providing administrative and tactical support to the field sales teams, including but not limited to order package submission, quote edits, change orders and concession workflow creation/closure, as well as analytical work, report processing and management of department communication needs.ResponsibilitiesPartner with field sales team to resolve issues, assist with order submission, quote creation, change orders, concessions, and non-standard terms requestsCoordinate workflow closures across all functional teamsDrive commercial compliance by supporting legal escalation workflow activities; support any audits necessary including assisting with revenue risk mitigation during quarter close activities.Drive continuous improvement on all related processes to ensure standardization and simplificationEnable team culture and drive organization to improve customer / client satisfaction levels and responsivenessRequired QualificationsCollege degree OR High School diploma / GED and 2+ years’ experience in customer service or field support roleProficient in use of Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, with accuracyWillingness to work extended hours at quarter closeDesired CharacteristicsDetail oriented mindset strongly desiredKnowledge and experience working with PCS products, services, and teamsClient systems knowledgeExperience working as a support person for the fieldPrior experience supporting a Sales teamExperience with quotation and/or order entry processes and tools (Salesforce.com, etc.)Basic understanding of Inquiry To Order (ITO) & Order to Remittance (OTR) processesBasic understanding of technical/medical equipment and services, preferred knowledgeRequired skill set:Previous Sales support Exp, Detail orientated, Customer service ExpNotes:Temp to PermWork shift – M-F 8am-5pm 1st shiftThis is a remote role that requires the ability to work from home in a dedicated office space, free from distraction with a high-speed internet connection.VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
