Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business processes as it relates to the system and user needs. Formulates business processes to support overall business strategies. Ability to communicate effectively with users and departmental management. Experience with identifying solutions to business problems using process reengineering and technology. Familiar with current and emerging technologies and standards. Effective at following plans and completing goals on time and on budget. At ease at working independently and able to perform a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Required QualificationsFive or more years of experience with business analysis or related area.Understanding of business processes and process mapping.Excellent communication skills including experience presenting to Executive Leadership.Ability to develop, document and communicate effective business requirements with traceability to test cases.Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and take on additional responsibilities as required by the position.Able to present the functional systems for the project in a way that a business stakeholder can understand, especially when the stakeholder does not understand the system functionality well.Owns and manages all scope items.
