Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce.Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers to implement scalable solutions.Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals anddeliverables.Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement using Salesforce tools and capabilities.Support configuration and testing of Salesforce features such as objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.Assist in managing Salesforce projects and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with business needs.Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data maps, and documentation.Conduct user training sessions and support change management efforts.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend best practices.
