Description:The client is seeking a senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master to support the client Data Modernization project. This position carries the responsibility of assisting agile teams throughout their ceremonies, as well as planning and executing Epics and features that deliver business value to both the project and ongoing operations and maintenance. The role involves daily tracking of assignments, prioritizing tasks in collaboration with business stakeholders and divisions, and actively working to remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress. Additionally, the Scrum/Flow Master will coordinate release planning alongside technical leads and team members.Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).Ensure the team maintains focus on delivering high-priority backlog items each sprint.Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and maintaining a clear product backlog.Guide the team in achieving Definition of Done for all work items.Coach and mentor team members on Agile/Scrum best practices and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaborationShield the team from external interruptions to maintain sprint focus.Foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and transparency.Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.Identify, track, and remove blockers affecting team delivery.Escalate risks and dependencies when necessary.Encourage proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution.Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment.Facilitate communication across teams when working in scaled Agile environments.Ensure the team has the tools and support needed (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).Track and report on team performance metrics (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time).Use data and metrics to support transparency and informed decision-making.Maintain visibility of team progress for internal and external stakeholders.Skill - Required / Desired - Amount of ExperienceStrong experience understanding and implementing Agile values, principles, and practices (i.e., Kanban, Scrum) based on Team's maturity. - Required - 7 YearsStrong hands on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint. - Required - 7 YearsExperience with JIRA to create/enhance dashboards, monitor progress of sprint/work flow, and providing statuses in timely manner. - Required - 7 YearsDemonstrated experience working on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously without impact to quality of work. - Required - 7 YearsExperience working with stakeholders for backlog item prioritization, grooming, and understanding of epic/stories/tasks - Required - 7 YearsExperience with work breakdown and estimation, sprint planning, monitoring progress and removing impediments to deliver solutions for business needs. - Required - 7 YearsStrong experience using facilitation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Required - 5 YearsStrong experience using risk and business impact analysis and reporting skills. - Required - 7 YearsExperience in gaining buy-in and support from stakeholders - Required - 4 YearsExperience managing, maintaining, and analyzing data to derive meaningful and actionable insights about the portfolio. - Required - 4 YearsDemonstrated experience using effective leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. - Required - 4 YearsDemonstrated experience working with planning just enough, just in time to START moving forward. - Required - 4 YearsCertified Agile Scrum Master or Kanban Flow Master - Required - 5 YearsExperience with Program Increment (PI) planning and tracking dependencies across functional teams. - Required - 3 YearsDemonstracted experience on the technical side of the application development cycle to support the agile teams in driving enhancements and projects. - Required - 7 YearsCertified SPC or SAFe agilist in SAFe transformation - Desired - 3 YearsCertified Project Manager - Desired - 5 YearsNotes:Hybrid
