Job Description


Risk Assessment Activities and Security Programs
Assist in conducting security audits and facility walkthroughs. Help Identify potential vul-nerabilities and support mitigation planning. Maintain communication with site leaders to understand operational changes.

Investigative Activities
Participate in preliminary fact-gathering for internal investigations. Draft summaries and assist in preparing reports for review by senior security staff.

Analytical Activities
Support the collection and review of incident data and trends. Monitor news and geopolitical developments to flag potential risks. Help compile threat intelligence reports for leadership.

Security Awareness & Training Activities
Assist in developing and delivering security awareness presentations. Help coordinate and deliver training sessions on topics such as fraud, workplace violence, and travel safety. Promote employee understanding of security best practices.

Crisis Action & Emergency Response Activities
Help maintain crisis management rosters and assist with planning exercises. Support team efforts during drills and real emergencies. Assist in evacuation planning and con-tingency operations under supervision.

Relationship Management
Attend briefings and meetings with internal departments such as site leadership, enterprise security, and HSE. Begin building relationships with local site management.

Administration Duties
In addition to strategic and investigative responsibilities, the Security Oversight function is responsible for a growing volume of administrative tasks, including:
Contractor onboarding support, such as badge issuance, access provisioning, and com-pliance verification. Routine security administration, including maintaining access con-trol databases, updating rosters, and coordinating with site-level security teams. Audit preparation and documentation, ensuring readiness for internal and external review. Training logistics, including scheduling, tracking participation, and maintaining records for compliance purposes

Tools or Software (Required / Preferred):
Microsoft Office Suite - Basic Excel

Education Qualifications:
HS Diploma or Equivalent

Industry Background or Experience:
Military, Police, Security Company

Notes:
Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) - Hours are flexiible (OT may be possible when needed)
