Develop innovative solutions to meet project requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application development Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in application development Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth application performance My Scheduling skills: Primary Skill : P4 - Microsoft > Microsoft Infrastructure > Active Directory (AD) Secondary Skill: P4 - Microsoft > Microsoft Infrastructure > Active Directory Other Skill(s): P4 - Build Management Job Description/Responsibilities below: Lead the migration, consolidation, and decommissioning of the acquired company’s Active Directory (AD) infrastructure into the parent company’s AD environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Design and implement AD migration strategies, including domain consolidation, trust establishment, and Group Policy management, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility with existing IT systems. Conduct a thorough assessment of the acquired company’s AD infrastructure, identifying potential risks, security vulnerabilities, and opportunities for optimization during the integration process. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with both companies’ security policies, including identity and access management (IAM) best practices, user provisioning, and auditing mechanisms. Develop and execute a detailed migration roadmap, including the creation of rollback plans, post-migration validation, and decommissioning processes for legacy systems once integration is complete.
