Description:Sr Business Consultant:Seeking highly organized, detail-oriented resources to support our quoting team during a high volume period. These individuals will assist with reviewing requests for proposals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary data. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Review incoming proposals to ensure all required information is receivedIdentify and flag inconsistencies or missing information within quote requestsWork with the producer or general agent on any missing information or clarifying questionsFollow processes and procedure job aids and other step by step guide to process RFP accurately and timelyCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales and Account Management and Underwriting) as neededMaintain up to date records of quote activity in relevant systems or trackersEnsure quotes are delivered within turnaround time targets and escalate delays or issues as neededSupport documentation and process improvement efforts related to the quoting workflowSubmit the quote through an internal application to be reviewed by our Underwriting team for pricing and to deliver the quoteReview current quoting processes and identify/present opportunities to streamline the process for the futureParticipate in team meetings and training sessions as appropriateQualifications:1-3 years in quoting, sales, operations, pricing support, or similar administrative rolesStrong attention to detailAbility to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsQuick learner with the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesExperience in Health Insurance related field is a plusUses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or servicesIndependently solves complex problems;
