The role includes extensive collaboration with internal teams including Legal, Sales, Implementations, Account Management, etc. Duties include drafting and negotiating new and existing business contracts utilizing a contract management software, coordinating with various subject matter experts, and moderating Legal calls to see contracts through to completion. The Sr. Analyst, 340B Contract Operations will interact with several different areas to successfully issue agreements, resolve client comments within contracts, and seek successful execution with team as appropriate.This is a contract-focused role titled 'Senior Analyst,' but it is not an analytical role in the traditional sense. The primary responsibilities center around contract operations and negotiations, particularly within the 340B programThis role handles contract operations negotiations with clients and is not an analytical roleDuties:1) Receive requests for new contracts and amendments. Review for accuracy and completeness, and issue paper as appropriate.2) Review client redlines and work with internal resources and business SME's to prepare responses.3) Issue signature ready documents and seek full execution of agreements.4) Perform Contract Operations activities as needed.Experience:1) Experience managing contract operations and negotiations2) Excellent communication skills, verbal and written3) Autonomously drive results in conjunction with various business units4) Organized and detail oriented5) Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks on a daily basis, including demonstrable experience in workflow management systems and/or service delivery6) Demonstrated ability to build relationships and strategically coordinate with multiple business units and various levels of an organization to meet a common goalExperience Requirements:Contract generation and negotiationExperience with contract lifecycle management softwareStrong Microsoft Office skillsPreferred Qualifications:Strong knowledge of healthcare/hospital environments and 340B ProgramsExperience working within Salesforce or another CRMBackground in healthcare and/or legal fieldsMinimum: 1–3 years of the requirements listed abovePreferred: 3–5 years of the requirements listed aboveEducation:Associates Degree Preferred or Equivalent Experience RequiredNotes:Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm EST.
