Description:HR Generalist/HR ManagerJob Summary:VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager with a strong background in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in compliance, contract management, employee relations, and general HR functions, alongside a thorough understanding of EEOC regulations and other employment laws. This full-time, onsite role (5 days a week) plays a critical role in supporting our workforce by implementing HR initiatives that align with business objectives and foster a positive and compliant work environment.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with EEOC regulations and other applicable employment laws and standardsOversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance managementDraft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and agreements, providing contract management and paralegal support as neededDevelop and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers to reflect organizational needsLead the full onboarding lifecycle for new hires, including conducting background checks, processing paperwork, and facilitating orientation sessionsManage employee offboarding and exit procedures to ensure compliance and positive transitionsCoordinate recruitment activities and provide support for candidate screening and selectionMaintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practicesSupport employee training, development programs, and diversity and engagement initiativesMaintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HRIS systemsPartner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals and provide expert HR guidanceNegotiate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers related to HR functionsServe as a trusted advisor to management, offering insights and recommendations on HR matters to support informed decision-makingStay current with industry trends and best practices in staffing and human resources to continuously improve HR operations VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
