Position Overview

Individuals are responsible to repair, stage, configure and QA IT hardware to stores and field service technicians. This position will also refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment. Constant walking and standing. Constant lifting less then 30lbs but occasionally lifting up to 80lbs with assistance.

Position Summary
This position provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific client store hardware plus maintain accurate asset tracking records in client inventory system. This position will also refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment

Duties:
Administer asset tracking using client software systems.
Provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific client store hardware.
Process all applicable warranty claims.
Accurately record all production details and inventory movements.
Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:
Technical individual with 2 year technical school and/or experience preferred. Administrative computer skills, Word and Excel also preferred

Must Haves:
Strong attentional to detail
Must be able to multi-task
Good mechanical aptitude
Will train the right candidate how to do the job

Education
High school diploma or GED required
2-year technical school and/or experience, preferred

Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST
