Looking for PM's with specific experience related to CCGT and/or CT planning and execution related activities.Responsibilities:Project Manager is accountable for all aspects of project life cycle management, including accurate budgeting and forecasting, combined with effective planning and execution for designated projects within the Generation Major Projects organization. Projects managed by this organization typically range from $10M to over $500M in total spend. This team performs large and or complex projects or engineering studies for the client which includes projects supporting electric generation, electric transmission, environmental remediation, and other scopes of work of larger size or with higher complexity. Projects are typically first of their kind for client and almost always multi-year. The Project Manager requires proactive leadership to integrate and collaborate with both internal and external project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.Essential FunctionsEstablishes effective scope, schedule, and cost baselines and change management to measure progress against plans and identify when corrective actions are neededSafe/efficient high-quality construction work that complies with policies, practices, and standardsCollaboration between project managers, project specialists, and contract construction inspectorsProvides construction support for all internal/external customersCompletes construction projects which meet customer expectations and budget requirementsPromotes relationships with external municipalities and local authoritiesTimely and accurate invoice paymentsEffective team relationships throughout field and State staff functionsProject success is based on the ability to complete all projects in a safe, reliable manner, within 5% of the cost estimate, on time and with no significant regulatory notices, violations, or citationsMonitors and communicates progress of projects related to capital spends and projected spends, project status updates, inspector schedules, and land services requirementsRequired Qualifications For Position:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or other related field of study or equivalent experience (total 9 years of experience)4-6 years 5+ years’ experience managing construction related projects4-6 years 3+ years’ experience working with pipeline construction contractors4-6 years 3+ years’ experience working with project budgetsKnowledge of gas system design and operations including gas flow, construction, contracts, and emergency response.Knowledge of local, state, and federal operating codes and construction codesProficiency with personal computers, construction scheduling software, Microsoft Excel, Power Point Presentations, and other computer software related to pipeline construction project managementWorking knowledge of operations support systems, i.e. WMS, etc.Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position:Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI Upon HireDL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Upon HireNotes:7:30 AM - 4:00 PMMon - FriTemp to Hire
