As a Senior Talent Partner, you will support complex and time-sensitive hiring efforts that underpin major grid, electrification, and digital energy initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior business partners to translate evolving workforce needs into clear recruiting approaches that support project delivery, system reliability, and long-term capability building. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, and leadership positions tied to power grids, grid automation, digital solutions, and large infrastructure programs. You will navigate competing priorities, tight timelines, and matrixed stakeholder groups while maintaining a consistent, people-centered candidate experience. Your work directly contributes to assembling skilled teams responsible for modernizing power systems, supporting grid resilience, and enabling innovation across energy infrastructure.
