Description:
Overview
We're seeking a Senior UX Researcher to help shape enterprise-wide customer experience outcomes through scalable, mixed-methods research.
You’ll work closely with digital product teams and business stakeholders to understand customer behaviors, improve product experiences, and streamline research operations. This role supports strategic research efforts across B2B eCommerce, omnichannel experiences, and internal tools—all part of a global digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end UX research across the product lifecycle—from generative to evaluative.
Apply qualitative, quantitative, and observational research methods (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys, site visits, behavioral analytics).
Translate research insights into actionable recommendations that influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
Partner with both digital product teams and industrial gas business stakeholders to align research to business priorities.
Support scalable research practices through reusable frameworks, streamlined workflows, and structured insight documentation.
Collaborate across global teams, adapting communication and storytelling for diverse audiences.
Develop or partner on sustainable recruitment pipelines for research, both qualitative and quantitative.
Contribute to the institutionalization of research—promoting UX maturity and insight reusability across programs.
Conduct focused research on customer and user journeys, purchasing workflows, and product-service interactions.
Ideal Candidate
5–7 years of experience in UX research with digital products, preferably in enterprise or B2B environments.
Expertise in mixed methods research (qual + quant + observational).
Proven ability to lead research studies that influence strategy, prioritization, and design decisions.
Familiarity with agile, scaled agile (SAFe), or iterative product development environments.
Skilled in participant recruitment, planning, and operationalizing sustainable research practices.
Bonus: Experience supporting AI-enhanced solutions, intelligent interfaces, or data-informed product development.
Strong communication skills—able to translate findings for execs, designers, PMs, and developers.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Design, or a related field.
Experience & Skills Requirements
5–7 years of experience in UX research supporting digital product teams.
Strong command of qualitative, quantitative, and observational research methods.
Demonstrated ability to lead research independently in a complex enterprise or B2B context.
Experience with eCommerce platforms and transactional user journeys.
Proficiency with research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Dovetail, Qualtrics, Optimal Workshop, GA).
Ability to partner with business stakeholders and product managers to frame research around strategic goals.
Experience developing or partnering on scalable participant recruitment operations.
Familiarity with data-informed development and exposure to AI or automation is a plus.
Strong cross-functional communication skills, with experience working across global teams.
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and advance UX maturity through collaboration.
Candidates must provide case studies that demonstrate their ability to conduct research that delivers measurable value to the business.
