1. Knowledge of latest set of best practices associated with the development of web and form content, including the latest ADA compliance, HTML and CSS standards.2. Provide positive, professional, and punctual customer technical support via all channels of communication, as part of the IT team.3. Troubleshoot and provide technical support for web and form services including but not limited to formatting, functionality, usability and accessibility.4. Publish and maintain documentation including standards, design best practices, style, formatting, font and accessibility guidelines.5. Expert knowledge in the use of and capabilities of electronic form software tools.6. Work to resolve issues that arise in support of Drupal sites.7. Ensure compliance with client standards and procedures for web content platforms8. Collaborate with the communications team and other staff on web needs and provide a framework for construction of new sites or enhancing existing sites.
