Job Description

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside on the East Coast to align with team collaboration and time zone requirements. They will be working with colleagues in Germany.

Description:
"Experienced Professional" This position is expected to contribute in the administrative tasks for digital solution of the area training delivery, as well as to provide application management service in a self-managed and target oriented manner, and thus contributes to team results.

Position focuses on analyzing, administration, clarification or documentation of processes, technologies and systems, which includes:
Clarification, documentation and review of application relevant topics, incl. application baselining, AMP documentation, operational manual, HDPR, risk review and mitigation, access review
Support Administrative tasks within Event Management Tool and Learning Management System
Support Maintenance Activities of Administrate (a Learning management tool/event management tool) etc.
SENSE Support tickets (SENSE is a support ticket tool that allows customers to ask for assistance with Administrate tool)

Knowledge and skills:
Basic knowledge of Learning Management System and/or Event Management System
Good attention to detail and structure
Work with carefulness and dedication
Good written and spoken English skill
Team spirit and good communication skill

Technical Requirements:

Software Proficiency: Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred, though training will be provided.


Experience Requirements

Years of Experience: 3–5 years of administrative experience, ideally with exposure to complex educational or IT environments.


Soft Skills/Key Attributes:

Strong international communication skills (collaboration with teams in the U.S., Germany and Scotland)

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Self-motivated and capable of working independently


Educational Requirements

Minimum Education: High school diploma/GED required. Some college coursework is preferred, but a degree is not required.
