Service Contract Administrator• Intermediate level Microsoft Product experience as must: Outlook, Planner, Word and Excel. We do use pivots and v-lookups, but that is as in depth as we would need for excel skills. There will be data entry portions of the job as well, so quality and quantity of work are both vital. We use multiple other systems that we can teach on site, but the person must be computer savvy. Any sort of data analytics background would be a plus (but not required).• Day to day tasks; Register service contracts, administer credits, working with dealers and customers to find the best solution of coverage for their vehicle fleets and assisting the team with daily responsibilities. Must have proficiency in Microsoft products and be detail oriented. Works well independently and in a team environment, have the ability to work in multiple systems at a time, and maintain customer focus.Notes:Onsite 3 days per week, Tuesday, Wed and Thursday but can be flexible as neededVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
