Job Description


Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to serve as a vital operational hub for our team. In this role, you will streamline service delivery for high-stakes accounts—including Hospitals, SCIFs, and Multifamily Apartment complexes—across Maryland and Virginia. You will ensure seamless branch operations by managing complex scheduling, technician dispatching, billing reviews, and general administration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Logistics & Dispatching: Strategically schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls and inspections to maximize daily field productivity.
Work Order Management: Generate work orders, provide real-time status updates to clients, and conduct post-service audits to ensure technical documentation accuracy.
Administrative Compliance: Manage specialized paperwork and ensure all technician reporting is submitted accurately and within established deadlines.
Inventory & Procurement: Facilitate the ordering, receiving, and issuance of materials.
Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for field technicians, managing daily reporting and proactive customer notifications.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience within a sales or service-oriented industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and JST / D365.
Communication: Strong command of English with the ability to interpret complex policies, procedures, and technical manuals.

Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to exercise professional discretion.
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate critical operational matters.
Competency in data analysis, interpretation, and high-speed data entry.
