Seeking a technical support analyst and a network engineer

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Service Delivery Engineer to join our team.
This role focuses on using Ansible to generate and deploy configurations for switches, servers, and firewalls.
The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to stage network equipment, apply configurations, and ensure smooth deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to stage and configure network equipment, ensuring readiness for deployment.
Create and edit Virtual Smart Zones for wireless network solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Layer 1 to Layer 3 of the OSI model.
Conduct network configuration and basic setup, including DHCP, VLANs, IP addressing, switching, and routing.
Ensure all configurations and deployments meet quality and compliance standards.
Act as a self-starter, capable of completing tasks independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
Communicate effectively with team members to clarify tasks and resolve technical challenges.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of configuration and deployment work.

Qualifications:
Strong foundational knowledge of DHCP, VLANs, IP addressing, switching, and routing.
Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management (preferred).
Experience with Ruckus Virtual Smart Zone or similar wireless network solutions (preferred).
Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques across Layer 1 to Layer 3 of the OSI model.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
How to run basic bash scripts
Light linux commands
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience routing and switching
proficient OSI layers between 1-3
physical network and routing
Basic knowledge Linux, how to move files copy filed and then how to run
troubleshoot layers 1-3
Understanding of what a virtual smart zone is
Experience working with technicians that are different levels of efficiency
Experience 1-2 years of experience
Working from home- Self starter.
Knowledge in how script can be run

Education:
High School Degree minimum required

Years of Experience
high school. CCNA or equivalent is preferred but not needed.
