Description:

A ServiceNow Technical Consultant responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITAM, SPM, TPRM) based on leading practices.
Responsibilities include leading client workshops, mapping business requirements to technical configurations, developing custom applications using JavaScript, and integrating with external systems.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration: Lead technical workshops to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the platform (workflows, UI policies, business rules, script includes).
Development & Integration: Perform hands-on development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub).
Best Practices Advisor: Guide clients toward standard platform capabilities, focusing on configuration over customization.
Documentation & Testing: Create technical design documents, test scripts, and user stories while performing unit testing and code reviews.
System Troubleshooting: Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, implementing solutions that improve performance.

Skill - Required / Desired - Amount of Experience
Experience in a Senior/Principal role requiring deeper expertise in specific workflows - Required - 5 Years
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform architecture, including UI Builder (UIB), Flow Designer, Workspaces, and Employee Center - Required - 5 Years
Deep knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS - Required - 5 Years
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, demonstrated through previous consulting or implementation roles - Required - 5 Years
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) in relevant modules ITSM, ITAM, SPM - Highly desired
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules ITSM, ITAM, SPM - Highly desired
