Knowledge Management Analyst
Duties:
Position Summary:
The Knowledge Management Analyst will have overall responsibility for working on a variety of projects primarily involved in supporting the design, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint Online sites and solutions with a focus on business enablement and process improvement. This role assists with building SPFx components, configuring site features, and automating processes using Power Automate. The KM Analyst collaborates within the team, cross functionally and multiple levels of the organization to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver user-friendly digital solutions.
Perform day-to-day administration of SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and content organization.
Configure modern site pages, views, web parts, navigation, metadata, and list/library settings to support business needs.
Assist in maintaining documentation libraries, templates, taxonomy structures, and content lifecycle governance.
Support site owners with troubleshooting, content updates, and best practices
Design, build, and maintain production-grade SPFx solutions (web parts, extensions, command sets) using React, TypeScript, Fluent UI, and modern toolchains (Node.js, npm, Heft, Yeoman).
Integrate with Microsoft Graph and SharePoint REST APIs; handle auth patterns, pagination, batching, and error handling.
Architect, build, and support Power Automate cloud flows for approvals, notifications, document and routing, reminders, and content automation.
Collaborating with other team members to implement new features.
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Create and maintain proper documentation

Skills:
1 to 3 years web design, responsive design, and digital user experience required.
Other Skills:
Strong Familiarity with modern SharePoint concepts (lists, libraries, pages, permissions, views, content types)
Strong front-end skills: React hooks, state management, TypeScript, Fluent UI, CSS/SCSS modules, responsive design, accessibility
Proficiency with SharePoint REST and Microsoft Graph (filtering, select/expand, batching), plus JSON column formatting.
Hands on experience creating and supporting Power Automate cloud flows
Ability to manage multiple projects and create and provide leadership with project status in a comprehensive manner
Aptitude to analyze existing workflows, processes, supporting systems and procedures and identifying improvements.
Ability to provide problem resolution in a challenging environment
Education:
High School/GED is requried. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Web development certification from an accredited program is preferred
