The client Engineering Content Management (ECM) department is looking for a contractor for a 12-month engagement that is an expert with web content updates and support of user access roles/permissions for our SharePoint on premise platform. Our ideal candidate must bring a blend of outstanding customer service, urgency, self-direction, and technical know-how.ECM Operations Support Specialist duties include:Provide prompt, effective, and courteous support for all SharePoint-based application solutions within the ECM portfolio, supporting the client lifecycle.Monitor ServiceNow, ensuring timely responses to problems, questions, and requests.Resolve end user issues swiftly, involving technical experts when needed.Create and provide help documentation for common problems.Gather and report issues on EAS systems during the daily executive status call.Create new sites for Conceptual Express Designs, Preconstruction Projects, and upcoming Construction contracts, both on request and proactively.Create and maintain access groups for various partners and internal teams.Perform annual audits of access groups to ensure accurate membership and contact information.Approve requests for lettings and grant access to Conceptual Express Design and Preconstruction Project sites.Assist with ad hoc testing of new application development features as neededRequired Skills and Experience (10+ years):In-depth experience with SharePoint. Preferably SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint SEExperience with Active DirectoryExtensive experience with SharePoint security groupsExperience with ServiceNowExperience with MS Teams and Microsoft office tools including Excel and WordAbility to be proactive and work independentlyAbility to work with customers at different levels of the department as well as external customers.Preferred Skills and Experience (3+ years):Preferred familiarity with GIS, ProjectWise, or HiCAMSSkill Required / Desired Amount of ExperienceIn-depth experience with SharePoint Required 10 YearsExperience with Active Directory Required 10 YearsExtensive experience with SharePoint security groups Required 10 YearsExperience with ServiceNow Required 10 YearsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to guide and troubleshoot customers issues through resolution.
