The client is seeking a SharePoint Technical Specialist - Mid Level - ECM Solutions Designer for the Engineering Application Services Department. The Technical Specialist/Solution Designer will design and implement SharePoint and web-based solutions that enhance critical Preconstruction processes within the client's Transportation Life Cycle. Key responsibilities include translating requirements into user stories, tracking project progress, testing solutions, training users on new processes and systems, consulting with clients, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate has business analysis experience, expertise in designing custom SharePoint solutions, analytical and communication skills to collaborate with both business and IT partners, SDLC/Agile knowledge, and technical writing abilities. Familiarity with the client's systems and business processes is preferred.
