Job Description


Your responsibilities
Maintain up to date system records of all on site service inventory.
Perform daily postings for receipts and shipments in SAP system.
Cycle counting – maintain inventory using SAP system.
Perform daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts.
Maintain and report site KPI for inventory accuracy.
Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies.
Ensure inventory locations are organized and labeled correctly.
Communicate with regarding variances.
Ensure all safety rules and regulations are followed at all times.
Ensure quality service standards and compliance with internal procedures.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
Proven working experience in a warehouse or logistics center environment.
Proficiency in inventory software systems and transactions.
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
Proven organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects (-50lbs max.).
Current forklift license or ability to pass internal forklift examination.
Strong computer navigation and utilization skills.
OSHA 10 certification (preferred).

Minimum Associates degree required.
5+ years of experience in a diverse warehouse / logistics environment is a must to be considered.
Experience interfacing with multiple internal functions.
Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem solving experience.
Excellent knowledge of SAP / SAP EWM Warehousing systems is required.
A proactive, can do attitude and attention to detail is a must.
Ability to prioritize and operate in a dynamic environment.

Physical Demands:
Must have a full range of motion and be able to kneel and bend for extended periods as the task may require.
This position requires continual use of your hands, considerable use of your arms and legs, and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
This position requires long periods of standing
The use of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hardhats, and hearing protection, is utilized daily.
This position requires lifting and maneuvering.

Notes:
7am to 4pm
This is a 40 hour per week job with occasional overtime.
