Role Overview:
We are seeking a Fractional Social Media Expert to manage and execute our social media strategy across key platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on practitioner who combines strategic thinking with strong execution, collaborates well with cross-functional teams, and brings a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day social media execution across designated platforms
Plan, schedule, and publish content using Hootsuite
Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all social channels
Monitor engagement, respond as appropriate, and flag trends or issues
Track performance metrics and provide regular insights and recommendations
Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and creative teams
Maintain content calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of hands-on social media management experience
Demonstrated experience using Hootsuite (or comparable enterprise tools)
Ability to work 20–25 hours per week on a consistent basis
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Proven ability to work as a team player in a collaborative environment
Strong written communication skills and editorial judgment
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working in a fractional, agency, or fast-paced environment
Comfort balancing multiple projects and priorities
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
