Job Description


We are looking for Sr. Software Engineers with the following experience.

These engineers will be working as a part of existing scrum teams focussed on building out the value based outreach engine along with contributing to 2024 goals.
5+ years of software development experience.
Strong proficiency in
C# .NET stack
Typescript
Kafka and asynchronous messaging processing systems
Microservices
APIs
Docker
React preferred. Angular acceptable.
Solid foundation in software engineering principles: problem-solving, data structures, algorithms, and patterns.
Experience in full-stack development, capable of shipping and operating large-scale systems.
Solid SQL skills and familiarity with RDBMS like SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
Understanding of distributed systems design, implementation, and operation.
Familiarity with at least one cloud vendor: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Effective communication skills.
Major Initiatives
These engineers will be working across teams in order to support the following initiatives. There will be many micro-services that will enable these core functions.
Revenue Recognition - Financial Operations

The client has built an Revenue Cycle Management Platform that enables the client to generate invoices and submit claims to our clients for the services performed. There are several enhancements that teams are working on within this platform to meet the 2024 goals. This team is also looking into alternative solutions for these functions and will have to set it up.

Core Outreach orchestration and channel selection Systems
These are a set of services that will use machine learning models to determine which members to outreach to and through what channels.These systems will also provide visibility on how the goals and targets are being met.
Fulfillment Planning
Service Fulfillment Planner would be responsible for evaluating the current (and forecasted) availability of qualified service providers and constraining the Outreach Orchestration system to ensure outreaches (services) only occur in areas where we are certain we will be able to fulfill demand.
