Sprinkler Superintendent / ForemanCoordinates work on construction sites with the GC. Lead teams of fitters and apprentices of over ten people following the approved drawings installing sprinkler systems in new construction.Document potential change orders on installation project and perform all required Job specific safety requirements.Be able to professionally send and receive emails of Job progress and redlines of drawings as well as report and document red lines on projects.Maintaining a daily job-related schedule that are provided as well as building job schedules to meet deadlines for contractors and customers.Successfully Navigate Procore or another Job site software. This entails performing observation, RFIs, Daily logs and following punch list, meeting updates and schedules.Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures. As well as maintaining client required monthly training and Pre-Work Safety logs.Maintain complete Detailed and accurate documentation of all work performed. Provide daily updates of your teams and of your completed tasks.Read and understand full scaled drawings and use of BIM models if required.Work all shifts day or night as requiredUse a company phone and computer that will have to be accessed daily for all job-related requirements.Use critical thinking skills to solve in field conflict and problems to overcome job site hurdles.Help track and maintain all materials on all Jobsites.Pick up required materials for daily or weekly use on all Jobsites and service-related tasks.Qualifications:8+ years of experience in the installation and repair of all Fire Sprinkler Equipment.Ability to read/understand design Experience with installationKnow and understand Manufactures requirements for Installation, Testing and Maintenance.Complete knowledge in NFPA 13,20,14,24,11,418,25 code requirements. Ability to Learn and adapt to understanding GSA P-100 and USACE 3-600 code requirements for Installation, Testing and Maintenance Government facilities.High school diploma, state-recognized GED, associate, or bachelor's degree and Apprenticeship completion preferred.Have or the Ability to obtain NICET certification.Abilities in use of computers and tablet devices.Be able to work in a variety of environments in and around mechanical equipment, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high-lift equipment, working in ducts, above ceilings, and in outside/inside/heat/cold/day/night conditions; use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds unassistedMust possess a valid driver's license
