Candidates must demonstrate deep technical knowledge beyond general summaries.This position is a new position focused within the Quote to Order (Q2O) process area. The successful candidate will be expected to balance day-to-day operational support activities, working closely with Application Managed Services (AMS) partners, while also leading and contributing to system enhancements, process improvements, and project-based initiatives.The candidates must possess a strong understanding of the complete customer order lifecycle and associated upstream and downstream business processes.Candidates should have hands-on experience working within the Oracle ecosystem, specifically:Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) on-premisesOracle Fusion Order Management and related functionsThe ideal candidate will understand the integration and data flow between customer orders, purchase orders, invoicing, revenue recognition, and accounting systems, and be able to identify impacts across interconnected business processes and applications.Preferred Background:IT functional consultants with Oracle Quote to Order expertise are strongly preferred.Candidates from Finance or Accounting organizations will also be considered if they have actively participated in Oracle implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects and possess a solid understanding of the underlying technology, system integrations, and business process architecture.Experience collaborating across business and technical teams to support operational activities and project delivery is highly desirable.Individuals who can demonstrate:Deep understanding of Quote to Order business processes and system dependencies.Experience supporting both project-based initiatives and production operations simultaneously.Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud application experience.Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and AMS support partners.Experience participating in or leading Oracle implementation, upgrade, enhancement, or transformation projects.The successful candidate will lead our current and future order management initiatives, collaborate with the order management, Sales and Supply Chain business leaders to drive continuous improvement.Travel RequirementWorkers may need to travel to Poland if neededValid passport required with no travel restrictionsNotes:RemoteWork Schedule: Mon to Fri | 8 AM to 5 PM CST (must be willing to work hours in CST dues to daily mandatory team calls)
