Job Description:The Sr. Manager, Infrastructure, Technology & Operations is the technical owner of all network and telecommunication infrastructure deployed in the client. This role includes design and optimize the company’s network infrastructure ensuring the right levels of redundancy and reliability. This position will be integrated within the Network Engineering team as part of the Technology, Platforms and Operations (TPO) team. This role is also responsible for analyzing, designing, managing, configuring, and maintaining a complex, secure and robust network. The network is made up of 500+ nodes all around the USA providing network services to all Operating Companies.Requirements:Leads all the technical aspects related the following areas within IT: datacenter network, enterprise corporate connectivity, cloud network technologies, wireless LAN infrastructure, DNS, SDN, and SD-WAN technologies Following client Standards, defines technological direction of the team. Point of escalation for technical items.Delivers excellent levels operational stability and reliability to the enterprise network infrastructure. Defines operational programs and identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and reliability as demanded by the client applications.Defines and executes programs and projects to ensure networkinfrastructure is correctly life cycled (hardware and software), patched, and maintained. Defines and executes road map for future growth based on company needs, company strategy,considering technological evolution and continuous transformation.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Security systems or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Relevant experience includes IT or Technology on any capability.Minimum of two years as a Technology Manager, including managerial experience in strategic project execution, strategic planning, risk management, and change management while engaging and influencing various stakeholders at all levels across the company.Demonstrated history managing engineering teams covering some of the following technologies: routing, switching, enterprise wireless, telecommunications, VoIP, SIP, enterprise Cisco voice infrastructure, etc.Strong history of managing complex efforts with demanding customers.Proven experience providing executive reporting levelProven experience in strategic project execution, strategic planVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
