Description: Monitor SSA team mailboxScan and electronically file all SSA correspondenceComplete annual representative payee audit reportsComplete and assist with SSA Initial ClaimsScreening of potential SSA candidates The client SSA Benefits Unit is seeking a position to assist with administrative duties, including data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, scanning, electronic filing and completion of the client social security forms. The ideal candidate will have superior organizational skills and experience with entry into relational databases. This position will also entail working with providers, and field staff via telephone, Teams, and email to complete required client forms. Strong communication skills will be necessary. Limited travel may be required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of:Principles and practices performing administrative functions of a responsible nature;Computer database and the ability to update a database. Skills in:Customer service;Organization;Data entry;Oral and written communication; andInterpersonal relationships. Ability to:Collaborate and build relationships with partners including the client and community organizations;Analyze situations and problems and make sound judgments, taking appropriate action;Prioritize tasks;Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing; andObtain and maintain AZ Driver License.Requires possession of and ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver's license appropriate to the assignment.
