The Student Services Technician is a key member of the Student Engagement and Recruitment Team (SERT) and plays a vital role in supporting the client’s strategic enrollment goals.This position is responsible for high-touch outreach, relationship-building, and student engagement efforts designed to increase enrollment and ensure successful onboarding.The technician serves as a student-centered resource by guiding individuals from an initial inquiry through enrollment.Minimum Education Level:High SchoolNotes:100% Onsite8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
