The Student Services Technician is a key member of the Student Engagement and Recruitment Team and plays a vital role in supporting the client’s strategic enrollment goals. This position is responsible for high-touch phone outreach (100+ dials / up to 3.00 of talk time daily), relationship-building, and student engagement efforts designed to increase admissions, enrollment and ensure successful onboarding. The technician serves as a student-centered resource by guiding individuals from initial inquiry through enrollment.Must have:One year of clerical, administrative, office support or related experience.Required SkillsClerical/ admin office supportCustomer serviceNotes:Hybrid: 80% on-site, 20% remote after training.Schedule: Mon - Fri 8AM - 5PM (1 hour lunch); occasional Saturdays and Holidays (40 hours a week and eligible for overtime based on business needs).Training usually 4 weeks in-office until staff member is able to perform essential duties with minimal supervision (usually 4 weeks) using their own computer at home.
