Looking for candidate that have previous customer service/client support experience and they really like candidates that have previous experience working in customer service/client support type job at retail clientsQualifications:Responsibilities:Bachelors degree from an accredited institution of higher learning accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources and/or counseling essentialKnowledge of academic policies and proceduresAbility to learn technical skills quicklyExcellent communication/listening skills, including a pleasant phone mannerStrong customer support focus and attention to detailsThe Student Success Coach is responsible for assisting students throughout their education program with CTU. In this role, you will be speaking with students over the phone and responding to inquiries received through our systems. Student Success Coaches will:Support enrollment, student development, and retention services while ensuring a quality learning experience.Manage a group of assigned students and coach each through their degree program, through proactive and timely outreach.Encourage and support students through daily and weekly outreach as they work to develop skills and knowledge for academic success.Provide a trusted environment where students can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests.Offer and teach students how to use resources to help maximize the success of each student.Become a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support.Be a liaison for students, enabling them to connect with various departments.Notes:Working from your home office, you will have an assigned schedule during our hours of operation, that define a 40 hour work week.
