Description



Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development for Logistics suppliers. Includes supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence.

Leads and monitors supplier development activities across the assigned category

Managing logistic process non-conformities by monitoring LCAF tickets and developing and executing Supplier Quality improvement initiatives

Engaging with Logistic functions and suppliers to improve LCAF response and closure rate

Proactively drives logistic related supplier process improvement to enable on-time-supply

Drives high severity incident analysis and corrective actions with logistic suppliers

Participates on business reviews along with operation logistic and logistic category with Carriers, Freight Forwarder and distribution centers,

Having effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.


To be successful in this role you will:


Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Have minimum of 4 years of experience in a Supplier Quality or Quality Role.

Bring working knowledge of assigned category

Possess ISO 9001 Auditor skills, ideally lead auditor qualification

Experienced in continuous improvement processes (6S, Lean, or similar)

Essential Requirements of the role 


ISO 9001, SAP, minimum 4 years experience, Quality background - supplier quality - process improvement with suppliers, requesting scorecards, communication between logictics team and supplier


Desirable attributes of the worker 


Strong work ethic, independantly driven 

Technical Skills


Previous experience in similar enviornment 


Soft Skills


Can work as stand alone, able to use client systems (training provided)



Education Qualifications 


Bachelor's degree would be nice to have
