As a Supply Chain Compliance Coordinator, you will interface with the client's DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) management, reporting, and communication platforms to support pharmacy and distribution center colleagues handle DSCSA matters. You will also work with cross functional teams, internal and external, that will include and are not limited to field colleagues (Retail pharmacies, distribution centers, mail order, specialty pharmacies, and Vangard), legal, compliance, Rx Trade, pharmacy trading partners, TraceLink, and federal &/or state regulators.The goal of your work will be to manage the time-consuming and complex work on behalf of our pharmacy and distribution center colleagues and manage the work in a manner that is consistent, compliant, time-sensitive and organized. You will analyze reporting, make decisions, and solve matters quickly and independently.Job responsibilities:Monitoring and analyzing client's IT platform that summarizes the DSCSA exceptions that hold up pharmacy product from dispensing from all the client business units.Escalate the exceptions to the corresponding trading partner to obtain the necessary compliance data so that product may be made re-eligible for dispensing.Act as the liaison between the client colleagues and trading partners to support the fast and compliant resolution of exceptions.Maintain and analyze reporting and run ad-hoc analytics on enterprise-wide DSCSA process execution and supplier compliance. Escalate findings and opportunities to leadership with recommendations to add value to the enterprise.Act on notifications of suspect or illegitimate product by providing direction to the site colleagues regarding the quarantine process; initiating and managing tracing requests and verification requests to trading partners; and fulfill documentation and record retention requirements. Pending the results of the investigation, communicate next steps to the necessary teams including the site colleague(s), legal, &/or compliance.Respond to requests for tracing or verification of product from either trading partners, federal regulators, or state regulators by querying TraceLink for the necessary data and responding in the requisite 48 hour window.Experience1+ years of independently triaging a high volume of concurrent tasks.1+ years of supporting a large network of colleagues by handling tasks and communications of their behalf.1+ years of responsibility for communicating effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups to achieve results.1+ years of organizing open and in-progress tasks and documenting statuses and outcomes.1+ years of gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive business decisions.1+ years of working on enterprise compliance initiativesEducationHigh school diploma or GED required, Bachelors degreeTop 3 skills:1.
